She has been a senior licensed assessor with the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA) since 2009. When Excel, problem solving, teaching, tech expertise and systems aren’t calling her name, you can find her at the thrift store looking for a good find for one of her upcoming DIY home projects or perhaps in the garden. Fun fact: She was a landscape designer in a previous role.

As a native plant enthusiast and wildlife habitat specialist she designed sustainable landscapes with intimate settings where her clients could interact with nature.

She loves nature herself, taking (recent-ish, thanks 2020) trips to Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Namibia and New Zealand. Just nowhere cold!

Lisa McGrath

Lisa McGrath

Lisa McGrath is a retired CPA and QuickBooks pro. A graduate of Penn State, she began her career at Price Waterhouse as an auditor and worked her way up to Manager before leaving for her next adventure as the Corporate Accounting Manager at Pepsi Co.

She left the corporate world to raise her three children and moved around from CT to CA to NY. She spent her time volunteering with her children’s school, was President of the Wayne Elementary School PTO and volunteered at numerous local charities. Of course, numbers once again called her name and she went back to work doing taxes for a small firm. As all things come full circle, she is now at a different firm with the word Price in it – Price Turner CFOs, assisting clients as a bookkeeper.

A 10-month trip to Europe with her husband a few years back, was an eye-opening experience, as they toured Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and France. Their trip resulted in a book that they published. They decided to downsize from their Main Line home and move to the heart of Philadelphia, overlooking City Hall. With three grown children all getting married in 2021, she’s busy working on a different set of numbers. And is thrilled for all of them.
